These pages provide practice information. They do not create an appointment, doctor-patient relationship, payment obligation, diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Talks, consultations and treatment

Individual treatment recommendations and prices follow an in-person assessment. Any agreed consultation or travel charge is explained before booking. Before treatment begins, the practice explains the proposed services and exact price for your agreement. The approximately seven-minute educational talk and Q&A are free; optional consultations are separately priced.

Online questionnaire, booking and mailing-list enrollment are not available yet. Contact the practice to discuss your next step.
